Quality and Environmental Management System

Based on our Management Philosophy, we aim to contribute to the improvement of people's lives and society as a whole, such as through the development of social infrastructure, the economy, and industries, and to lead in cultivating a better future, while ensuring that are our services and products are of high quality and realizing customer satisfaction. To this end, we have adopted and maintain the JIS Q 9001:2015 and JIS Q 14001:2015 standards for our management systems.

Information Security Management System

We secure and protect personal and corporate information assets obtained through business activities by managing information security and promoting corporate activities utilizing cutting edge information technologies and communication tools.In carrying out these activities, the Engineering Management Division's Information Technology Department utilizes ISMS (Information Security Management System；JIS Q 27001:2014).

Basic Policy on Information Security

  • We protect information assets from leaking, intrusion, alteration, destruction, loss, theft and unauthorized use.
  • We understand the importance of security and confidentiality in business, and comply with the laws and regulations on such, by means of entering into confidentiality agreements.
  • We satisfy all duties towards information assets.
  • We establish and maintain ISMS in order to maintain our clients' trust and ensure risk management of information assets.
  • We always evaluate the risk of information assets appropriately, and strive for continuous improvement of our ISMS.

Asset Management System

We support the management of client assets from the client's perspective and engage in activities which promote safety, economic efficiency, and comfort of stakeholders such as taxpayers or users.As a part of these activities, Social Management Business Office of the Consulting Headquarters and Consulting Section V, River Department of the Consulting Headquarters' Domestic Division utilizes AMS (Asset Management System：JIS Q 55001:2017).

Asset Management Policy

  • For the clients who own assets, we establish AMS that supports asset management from the client's perspective and conduct AMS business in accordance with their requirements.
  • We thoroughly manage the risks in accordance with the client's asset management.
  • We comply with laws, regulations and requirements concerning AMS.
  • In servicing our stakeholders, we educate our employees with knowledge on AMS and provide them with resources required for asset management in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of AMS.
