PPP／PFI
The broad concept of PPP (public-private partnership), such as PFI and the designated manager system, has diversified the way public services are provided. In an era where the population is declining and financial difficulties continue, it is important to build a system in which the public, private sector, and citizens can work together and share their wisdom.
We provide services in a variety of stages, including feasibility studies on introducing private sector vitality, advisory services for PPPs, and monitoring services, all while envisioning the welfare of the citizens of the future. We can confidently respond to the "realization" of the development of regional bases with the responsiveness we have cultivated through our wealth of experience.
Project Management / Construction Management
We are working to promote our business as a partner of the client by utilizing our experience in supporting the client in the areas of investigation, planning, design, and construction supervision. From the taxpayer's point of view, we propose methods to optimize performance, cost, and risk for issues such as budget allocation, business process management, procurement methods (ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) method, DB (Design-Build) method, etc.), quality control of construction, and cost reduction. In addition, we provide support for the establishment of a mechanism to operate by the PDCA cycle, etc., by utilizing our know-how of ISO55001 certification to address the organizational management issues of the client.
Business Management
Utilizing our experience in supporting the government, we participate in PFI projects as a representative company or a constituent company with an investment, and we are also working on renewable energy projects as a business entity ourselves. We provide a comprehensive range of services necessary for business promotion, including financial and risk management planning at the planning and proposal stages, support for the conclusion of various contracts after the start of a business, SPC (Special Purpose Company) management and operation, and maximize team performance by creating an environment in which companies specializing in each field can focus on their areas of expertise.

BID (Business Improvement District)
BID initiatives are being put into practice across the country in urban centers, regional centers, and suburban residential areas with the aim of citizen-led development and public-private collaborative city planning.
In addition to our technical capabilities of urban infrastructure development and maintenance management, we offer comprehensive support for practical community development activities in the region by proposing methods for utilizing public spaces, conducting social experiments, and operating sustainable organizations, utilizing the technology and know-how we have cultivated through area management practices.
