Many mechanical and electrical equipment are being operated in social infrastructure that supports our daily lives. It is regarded common for these mechanical and electrical equipment to work reliably, but many of them are gradually aging.
We are responsible for the construction of machinery and electrical equipment of various social infrastructure, and consistently provide services from planning, basic and overall concept to detailed design, construction management, in order to efficiently maintain and manage such at low cost.
Mechanical Equipment
Social infrastructure protecting cities from disasters should not give in to emergency failure. However, many facilities were built rapidly during the period of high economic growth, and since many social infrastructure have been built for over 40 years now, there is concern that some of them will deteriorate due to aging.
We support examining effective and efficient methods for the maintenance and renewal of aging facilities, and for reducing maintenance costs.
Electrical Equipment
Electric power is required to operate various equipment. If stable technology and services for electrical equipment are not provided, disaster prevention equipment and remote control equipment will stop functioning, communication infrastructure will be disrupted, and people's lives and safety will be endangered.
In addition to ensuring safety and reliability, we design electrical facilities in consideration of cost and reliability so that each facility can operate stably at all times.
