General Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- For (1) Senior Engineer / Expert: At least seven (7) years of experience as an international expert for JICA, World Bank, ADB, or other international aid projects
- For (2) Junior Engineer / Expert: At least two (2) years of experience working in international development, or in the engineering consulting industry
- Fluent in English
- Japanese language skill : N2 or equivalent
- Holds a resident permit in Japan
Workplace
- Home office is in Tokyo, Japan, with assignments in overseas projects
