Yachiyo Engineering signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vietnam Water, Sanitation, and Environment Joint Stock Company (VIWASE), a leading consulting firm in Vietnam specializing in water supply, sanitation, environment, infrastructure and climate change adaptation, to further strengthen mutual cooperation between them especially in the field of solid waste management through exchange of technologies and know-how, and project formulation and promotion to provide business opportunities for both firms.

The MOU was signed by Yachiyo Engineering Vietnam Office Chief Representative Gaku Adachi and VIWASE Chairman Nguyen Thanh Hai in Hanoi, Vietnam on August 9, 2023.

Yachiyo Engineering and VIWASE started working together in 2011 for the Consultancy Services for Detailed Design, Tender Assistance for Civil Works, and Construction Supervision of the Gia Minh Solid Waste Management Complex under the Hai Phong Sewerage and Drainage, and Solid Waste Management Project (Stage I), wherein they have developed a strong relationship resulting in the successful implementation of the project.
