As a construction consultant, Yachiyo Engineering provides technology and know-how related to survey and design consulting in the fields of civil engineering and construction, mainly to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, local governments, and other public intervention. the other hand, Nakasha Creative is mainly engaged in information processing services, providing technology and expertise in image data acquisition, analysis, and system development, mainly to private-sector clients in infrastructure-related industries such as electric power, gas, and railway.

The two companies will actively incorporate each other's strengths in technology and know-how to provide new services that have never been offered before, such as 3D on-site surveying using images, CIM data construction from images, and maintenance management using images.

Since the two companies have different main clientele, the companies will be able to expand their respective customer bases by sharing information on client needs, and both companies aim to provide services to a wide range of clients, including private corporations, government agencies, and local governments.
